Lifescripts

Lifescripts aim to address lifestyle factors that impact on patient health across a range of areas including:

  • Alcohol Consumption
  • Smoking
  • Physical Activity
  • Weight Management; and
  • Nutrition.

The packs include an assessment tool for GPs and PNs to identify lifestyle behaviours that may impact on health and scripts that serve as a daily reminder for patients to improve their habits. Lifescripts promotional material is also available for Practice waiting areas.

A range of resources are available including: specific packs for pregnant or indigenous patients. Lifescripts are also available in different languages including: Greek, Italian, Arabic, Chinese and Vietnamese.
